Runner's Expo & Package Pick-up

Please note - Due to delivery restrictions, there is no package pick-up prior to the Expo. There is no package pick up on race days.

PACKAGE PICK-UP INFO

2026 BIB NUMBER LOOKUP

A sign-up form will be used to select your 30-minute arrival slot to pick up your package. The link to this form will be shared approximately 1-2 weeks prior to Race Weekend. This is to ensure a smooth and seamless flow for you the participant and our volunteers. You are welcome to spend as much time as you like engaging with the vendors in the Runners' Expo after you exit the bib pick up area.

Please find the sign-up forms in your email with "Important Package Pick-up Information" in the subject line.

All in-person participants must come to package pick-up to collect their race package (which includes your racing bib with the timing chip and your t-shirt) in order to be ready for race day. Our chipped bibs can't be sent in the mail. Shirts will not be given out on race day.

Package pick-up is on the same dates/times for virtual participants, unless you paid to have your package mailed out to you.

ALL INFORMATION SUBJECT TO CHANGE

Did you receive a bib number in your "Package Pick-up Info" email that is sent approximately 1-2 weeks before the race?

If yes, head to the table marked with your race distance. You will need to have your bib number and name handy. Please be prepared to show your ID as well.
If someone is picking up on your behalf, ensure they know your race distance and bib number. They can then head to the table marked with your race distance. They will need to have a copy of your email confirmation (hard copy or on their phone) with written permission from you to pick up your package.

If you do not have a bib number, or you are looking to transfer distances (pending availability) - you (or the person picking up on your behalf) must head to the Solutions Desk.

Distance Transfers and Participant Transfers are both allowed.
Distance Transfers can be completed online before May 4, 2026. Transfers on/after May 4, 2026 can be completed in-person at the Solutions Desk within the Runner’s Expo. Please note, if certain distances have already sold out and reached capacity, it is not guaranteed that you will be able to switch distances.
In the event that you can't participate in a race and you have not enrolled in the Refund Protection Program, you can transfer your registration to someone else.
Participant Transfers can be completed ONLINE until:
- Friday, May 22, 2026 at 5:00pm MT for Saturday events
- Saturday, May 23, 2026 at 2:00pm MT for Sunday events

If you are unable to make it to the Servus Calgary Marathon Package Pick-Up, you can have someone pick up your race kit for you. Someone can pick up another runner's race package at GMC Stadium as long as they follow these guidelines:

Nominee will need to show volunteers photo identification.
They need to know which distance you're signed up for.
They need your bib # - if it has been assigned.
If you registered late, you will not have a bib # yet and it will be assigned at the Expo. Your nominee will need to go to the Solutions Desk to get a bib # assigned for you.
They must have a copy of your email confirmation (hard copy or on their phone) with written permission from you to pick up your package.

Please note: There is EXTREMELY limited parking throughout Race Weekend as there are many events happening on Stampede Park.

Run Calgary has shifted its operations to make space for other clients on Stampede Park. There is a large volleyball tournament happening throughout race weekend, further limiting parking availability.

CALGARY TRANSIT
This should be your first choice. We strongly recommend using public transit to alleviate stress. Plan ahead using Calgary Transit’s App. Park at a nearby LRT lot and ride the C-Train to Stampede Park.

If you are taking the train to Package Pick-up (May 22 or 23), Erlton Station is closest to the entrance of GMC Stadium. Enter Package Pick-up and The Runner’s Expo through the west entrance doors of GMC Stadium.

Standard transit fares apply. We encourage you to download the app to plan your route and pre-pay for your ticket.

Walk, run or ride your bike. Bikes can be locked up in front of GMC Stadium.

PARKING

⚠️ We encourage you to make this your last possible choice!

Extremely limited paid parking ($18) is available on Stampede Park. It's best to give yourself plenty of time and access through the South side, off 25th Ave SE and note there is no guarantee there will be a parking spot available due to the high volume of activity in the park. A limited number of spots will be reserved for those with accessibility placards.

There is no free parking on Stampede Park at any point during Race Weekend. Download the Calgary My Parking (ParkPlus) app and activate the app while you are on site. Parking is a flat fee of $18.
