Vendor Rates

  • Vendors 10x10 $1600 + GST = $1680
  • Vendors 10x20 $2400 + GST = $2520
  • Non-Profits/Charities 10x10 (limited availability) $900 + GST = $945

Please Note:

All submissions will be reviewed to ensure they align with our mission, reflect the health, wellness, and fitness focus of the Expo, and offer meaningful value to our participants.

In order to ensure we have a variety of vendors/industries represented at the Expo, we may limit the number of vendors approved for certain product or service categories. Applications are reviewed on a first-come first-served basis, so apply early!

Vendor Packages Include

  • Booth on Thursday, May 27 (4:00pm - 8:00pm), Friday May 28 (10:00am - 8:00pm) & Saturday May 29 (10:00am - 3:00pm)
  • Company logo and link on the Beneva Calgary Marathon website
  • One Virtual Goody Bag Item - Include a promo or coupon code in the virtual goody bag that is sent to all participants
  • Curtained 10' wide (or 20' wide), 8' tall backdrop with 3' tall side rails
  • One 8' or 6' table (skirted or unskirted)
  • Two Chairs

Expo Layout

The Expo will take place at GMC Stadium throughout the main floor. Final booth locations are determined at the discretion of Run Calgary and layout may be subject to change. Priority selection will be given to official sponsors. Booth assignments will be confirmed on or before May 12.

Vendor Approval

Vendor Application Process:

  1. Vendors will be notified of their application acceptance within 2-3 weeks of filling in the form.
  2. Vendors will be sent a Terms & Conditions Agreement to sign and an invoice to be paid to The Calgary Marathon Society/Run Calgary.
  3. A booth will not be fully confirmed until a signed Terms & Conditions Agreement and full payment are received by The Calgary Marathon Society/Run Calgary.
  4. 50% refund available for cancellations made before April 8, 2027. No refunds available for cancellations on/after April 8, 2027.
  5. Exhibitors who have not paid in advance will not be allowed to set up race weekend.
  6. If applicable, complete necessary forms for food/beverage, wireless internet, electrical outlets etc.
