Become a Vendor at the 2024 Runner's Expo
The Servus Calgary Marathon is looking forward to welcoming everyone at our Runner's Expo and Package Pick-up on Race Weekend!
We'd love to have you join us as a vendor on Friday May 24 & Saturday May 25, 2024!
Who to visit at the Expo
Want to showcase your brand at our expo?
- Vendors 10x10 $1300 + GST = $1365
- Vendors 10x20 $1600 + GST = $1680
- Non-Profits/Charities 10x10 (limited availability) $750 + GST = $787.50

The Expo will take place at GMC Stadium throughout the main floor. Vendors will be given an opportunity to request a preferred booth space, however final booth locations are determined at the discretion of Calgary Marathon and layout may be subject to change. Priority selection will be given to official sponsors. Vendors will be notified of their application acceptance within 5-10 days of filling in the form. Booth assignments will be confirmed on or before May 17.
Booth Packages Include:
- Company logo and link on the Calgary Marathon website
- One social media mention
- One e-newsletter mention with link to your website
- One Virtual Goody Bag Item - Include a promo or coupon code in the virtual goody bag that is sent to all participants
- Curtained 8' backdrop / 3' side rails
- One skirted table
- Two Chairs
- All booths must be paid for in full by May 1, 2023 (or as soon as possible following application acceptance).
- Exhibitors who have not paid in advance will not be allowed to set up race weekend.
- Electrical outlets and wireless internet access are available at the exhibitors expense; arrangements must be made prior to May 1, 2023 and can be purchased online through the exhibitor portal.
Vendor registrations are confirmed when:
- The online registration form is complete (see above for online form)
- Calgary Marathon contacts vendor with notification of acceptance and invoice for booth
- Vendor agrees to terms and makes payment to Calgary Marathon
